The KolGo Trg biobank collects patient sample from Chittaranjan Nation Cancer Institute for clinical research. KolgoTrg works with different collaborative institutes like Saroj Gupta Cancer Centre & Research Institute (SGCCRI), Indian Institute of Chemical Biology (IICB), Tata Medical Center (TMC), Indian Institute of Science, Education and Research (IISER), National Institute of Biomedical Genomics (NIBMG), International Institute of Innovation and Technology (I3T), Medgenome labs, Bangalore in India. KolgoTrg also has international collaborations with Newcastle University in UK.
