Kolkata gynecological oncology trial and translational group, the first GCIG approved group from India, has a designated semi-automated bio repository. This is the first biobank in Eastern India which is working as an integrated platform with hospitals , research institutes and industries. In only a year, Kolgotrg Biobank has established itself as a trusted body, initiating several translational studies with targeted deliverables. The bio repository team consists of Clinicians, Scientists, Research Nurses, Data Managers, Analyst and Administrators.
